Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us using the information provided on our contact page. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. Returns must be shipped back to us at your expense, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photographs of the damage when contacting us.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
